Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, 4 years of related work experience or equivalent military experience

1 year of direct business-to-business selling experience supporting both local and national sales efforts

Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)

  • Experience working with enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Available and flexible to work evenings and some weekends as needed

2 years of direct business-to-business selling experience supporting both local and national sales efforts

Experience working with Salesforce.com

Proven track record of success in sales, customer relations and collaborating across multiple business units

Competitive nature with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to win

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Solid time management and organizational skills with the ability to be productive in a variety of work environments

Ability to understand competitor strategies, products, and pricing patterns

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Conduct daily customer-facing meetings to build relationships, uncover business challenges, and identify growth opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.

Drive territory growth by building trusted advisor relationships, uncovering new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, quantifying business impact, and delivering solutions that support customer objectives.

Lead customer conversations around pricing, contracts, and service solutions by demonstrating value and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.

Partner with operations, sales leadership, and service center teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure commitments are executed successfully.

Collaborate with Customer Support Specialists, Customer Service Representatives, and other internal partners to resolve customer issues, strengthen satisfaction, and support account growth.

Develop and expand relationships with decision-makers and influencers across customer organizations to uncover opportunities and increase account penetration.

Translate customer feedback, market intelligence, and sales opportunities into actionable insights for service center and sales leadership teams.

Drive clear next steps and accountability following customer interactions, advancing opportunities that contribute to revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term partnership success.
