About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing your client portfolio, partnering closely with underwriters and internal teams to deliver smart, tailored insurance solutions.

You’ll have the autonomy to drive outcomes for your clients, while being backed by a strong team and national network.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Building and strengthening long-term client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio and win new business
  • Providing expert advice and service to meet client needs
  • Working closely with underwriters and partners to secure the best outcomes
  • Managing renewals, including premium calculations and negotiations
  • Proactively demonstrating your network to generate new opportunities

A few other required skills are

Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current Level 5 General Insurance qualification

  • Track record in client retention and new business growth

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
