The Regional Events & Account Manager owns the end-to-end performance of our Field Marketing Event team as well as our retail partnerships with Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and Costco, serving as the primary point of accountability for revenue, lead generation, and store-level execution across an assigned territory. This role combines field leadership, data-driven program management, and executive-level relationship building to maximize the productivity of every store within the program.

The successful candidate will spend significant time in stores coaching associates, equipping lead takers with the tools and training they need to succeed, and engaging both store leadership and district and regional management across our retail partners. They will translate performance data into clear, actionable business reviews and build a strategic roadmap that grows revenue from the Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and Costco channels year over year.

Key Responsibilities of Regional Events & Account Manager

  • Recruiting, Onboarding and Training:
  • Recruit, interview, and hire a team of Field Marketing Representatives

Responsible for monitoring job applications within an ATS, building pipelines of strong talent, generating referrals from the current team and on the ground talent sourcing

Design and run onboarding and training programs covering product knowledge, lead generation techniques, and Jacuzzi standards

  • Coach representatives through regular training, store visits, and one-on-ones
  • Build schedules and coverage plans that maximize lead generation
  • Foster a high-energy, accountable, and positive team culture

Lead Generation Performance Management

Set clear KPIs (leads captured, lead quality, demo rate, store coverage, event performance) and manage performance through feedback, recognition, and, when needed, performance improvement plans

Hold regular skills development training sessions

Measure training effectiveness by tracking improvements in lead volume, quality, and conversion rates after each training session, adjust curriculum based on results

Review Field Marketing team performance weekly to identify trends in productivity, lead quality, store mix, and event ROI. Turn insights into specific coaching plans, training topics, event adjustments, and staffing decisions

Store/Vendor Performance Management

Serve as the primary regional relationship owner for all of our Big Box vendor locations within the region

Build strong relationships with store managers, department leads and associates within vendor stores

Manage day-to-day performance of all stores in the assigned territory, with clear weekly and monthly lead generation targets per store

Deliver product knowledge trainings to store associates and department supervisors on a regular cadence to build product fluency, confidence, and lead-generation behaviors

Develop and refresh training content (in-store demos, talk tracks, leave-behinds, and digital materials) to reflect new products, promotions, and seasonal priorities

Identify underperforming stores and design targeted intervention plans that include training, staffing, merchandising, and event support

Strategic Leadership

Partner cross-functionally with Jacuzzi Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Installation teams to ensure leads convert efficiently and customer experience remains best in class.

Forecast and budget field activity spend, event costs, and staffing against expected lead and revenue returns.

Drive revenue growth from Field Marketing team by prioritizing the highest-ROI stores and events

Prepare and present business reviews (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) with clear key findings, root-cause analysis, and prioritized action items for both internal leadership and vendor counterparts.

Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and lead management systems to ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting integrity

Other duties as assigned

Compensation: is based on experience; $75,000+ (Based on experience) + plus generous bonus structure

Requirements of Regional Events & Account Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

3–5 years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, events, retail program management, lead generation, or big-box partnership management

2+ years managing and developing a team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth in a retail or in-store environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret lead, sales, and conversion data and translate it into a business narrative

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with CRM and lead management platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executive-level retail partners

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly to stores within the assigned territory

Direct experience working with The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and Costco or another national big-box retail partner highly preferred

Background in home improvement, home services, or another consultative, lead-driven sales model preferred

Preferred experience includes developing event-based or in-store lead generation programs from inception
