Our Health Solutions division has a full-time opening for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager plays an important role in developing new business and managing relationships with clients and brokers throughout the entire client lifecycle—from prospecting and sales through onboarding, ongoing account service, and renewals. This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized, efficient, and high-quality service while recommending solutions that meet their benefit needs and help manage costs. Salary range: $110,000 to $150,000 annually Position type: Full-time, exempt Key Responsibilities Develop new accounts, generate qualified leads, and promote additional Christian Brothers Services products and services when appropriate. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Proactively manage client accounts through regular communication and meetings, including on-site visits, email, phone, and video. Support clients throughout onboarding, ongoing account service, and renewal activities. Prepare, present, and negotiate renewals while providing clear information and responsive service. Conduct and attend open enrollment and participant meetings to educate clients and plan participants. Serve as the primary liaison among clients, brokers, leadership, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of questions or concerns. Recommend plan designs and programs that meet client needs while helping manage costs. Use a consultative sales approach to support the acquisition and retention of client accounts. Partner with management and Underwriting to monitor industry trends and competition and help develop effective marketing and sales strategies. Maintain accurate client and prospect records and documentation to support account activities and reporting. Maintain current knowledge of healthcare benefits, regulatory developments, and industry trends through ongoing professional development and networking.
