Job Details: Job Location: Corporate Operations Center - Warren, OH, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Are you a relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with people, developing business partnerships, and creating opportunities for growth? 7 17 Credit Union is looking for a Partnership Account Manager to build and strengthen relationships with businesses and workplace partners throughout our communities. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to a portfolio of 100+ workplace organizations while identifying new opportunities to grow membership, loans, deposits, and long-term relationships. You’ll have the opportunity to represent 7 17 at workplace events, community activities, networking opportunities, employee orientations, benefit fairs, and other events throughout the region. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role for someone who is energetic, creative, confident, and motivated by results. What You’ll Do Build & Grow Partnerships Manage a diverse portfolio of 100+ workplace partners, serving as the primary point of contact for relationship management, retention, and growth. Develop strong relationships with business and workplace contacts and serve as a trusted resource for their needs. Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with workplace partners to review progress, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships. Reestablish and develop new relationships with workplace partners throughout your assigned territory. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective workplace partners, particularly organizations with 50+ employees. Drive Growth & Business Development Develop strategies to increase membership, workplace penetration, loans, deposits, and overall revenue. Use a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and connect members with products and services that meet their evolving financial needs. Prospect through networking, community involvement, charitable events, corporate events, referrals, and other relationship-building opportunities. Identify new opportunities for growth by analyzing workplace partner penetration, revenue, product usage, and other performance data. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, opportunity reports, and other performance information to management. Create Visibility & Engagement Collaborate with workplace partners to develop strategic marketing plans and promotional activities. Represent 7 17 Credit Union at: Employee orientations Benefit fairs Open enrollment events Workplace meetings Staff events Community events Networking and corporate events Deliver presentations and promote the value of 7 17 Credit Union membership. Develop creative and innovative ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and membership growth. Communicate regularly with partners through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, phone calls, email, presentations, and events. Support Our Members & Partners Develop a strong understanding of 7 17 Credit Union's products and services and effectively communicate their value. Track workplace partner interactions, sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics using CRM and other systems. Maintain accurate documentation and follow up consistently on relationship and business development opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to provide an exceptional experience for workplace partners and members. Travel & Schedule This is a regional, relationship-focused position requiring regular travel throughout the assigned territory. At least 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Experience in business development, sales, relationship management, account management, or a related field. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple relationships, priorities, and projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong initiative and a competitive, results-oriented mindset. Creativity and the ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions. Proficiency with CRM software. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to travel regionally. Availability to work occasional weekends and attend Credit Union and community events as needed. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
