This position provides clerical support to our Account Receivable team for Tallgrass Water in our Lakewood, Colorado office and will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager (in Lakewood, CO). Essential duties and responsibilities: Main function of this position is to assist AR team in the monthly billing process for all Water Invoices.

Primary purpose
- This position provides clerical support to our Account Receivable team for
- Tallgrass Water in our Lakewood, Colorado office and will report to the Accounts
- Receivable Manager (in Lakewood, CO).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Main function of this position is to assist AR team in the monthly billing
process for all Water Invoices.
- Assist with invoicing backup and excel spreadsheets.
- Verify trucking tickets for accuracy and make corrections in the ticketing
system, scanning and ticket entry, when applicable.
- Meet (scheduled) monthly invoicing deadlines.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests.
- Establish and maintain close working relationship with colleagues,
- transporters and customers and obtain additional information to help with
- ticket audit and invoicing.
- Perform general office duties – answering the phone, greeting guests,
emailing, handling/distributing mail, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Provide general administrative support and maintain and update filing
systems.
- Assist in implementation of Accounts Receivable ticketing and invoicing
software.
- Adapt to constant changes in the work environment and be responsive to
customer demands.
- Protect Tallgrass's value by keeping information confidential.
- Foster a positive open work environment, systems approaches and disciplined
execution of all assigned tasks.
- Required to play a role in building strong, motivated and service oriented
teams.
- Collaborate with other department personnel to determine root cause of
process errors and assist with process improvement solutions.
- Deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism.
- Speak clearly, both in person and by telephone, using a high level of verbal
skills and listen carefully.
- Maintain a regular, dependable attendance and a consistently high level of
performance.

- This role is a hybrid role with 3 days (Mon-Wed) in office at 2 days working
from home.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- High-school diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.
Experience/Specific Knowledge
- A minimum of two (2) years Administrative experience.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience with entry-level accounts receivable is
required.
- A minimum of one (1) year oil & gas experience is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency level in MS Office applications that may include but
are not limited to Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Certifications, Licenses & Registrations
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record
satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).
- Negligible travel is required.

- The annual salary range for this position will be $62,400-$93,600/yr.
