A Day That Adds Up
You’ll start onsite at 1337 East 5th Street in Bethlehem by checking what’s due: a report deadline here, an invoice question there. Mid-morning is for focused number time—cleaning up transactions, making sure support is in the right place, and keeping files audit-ready.
After lunch, you’ll hop into quick, practical conversations with program staff to clarify a charge or confirm backup (no jargon Olympics). The afternoon might include a calm review of month-end progress, a few thoughtful notes for leadership, and a plan for tomorrow—because closing the day with a tidy to-do list is its own kind of joy.
