You will report to the Business Manager and work with other accountants in an on-site office environment.:

Location: 21710 Auto World CircleSterling, VA 20166

Target Hiring Range: $23.00-27.00

What You'll Do

• Submission of Service Contracts
• Submission of Warranty Contracts
• New car purchases and Dealer trades
• Record used car purchases
• Request and process lien payoffs
• Process cash receipts
• Regional check runs
• Process and payment of vendor invoices
• FTC reconciliation
• Accounting for manufacturer monies (parts, warranty, incentives, misc)
• Post to Intercompany accounts
• Other responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year Accounting experience- familiar with COA, debits and credits
• Entry to mid-level Microsoft Excel
• High School Diploma (required)
• 1+ years of Auto Industry Experience
• Retail Sales or Customer Service

The full compensation range for this position is $16.85-26.45, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.
