You Are: Ready to live out our core values in patient and team member interactions Detail-oriented and a critical thinker Good at managing multiple priorities Accountable to day-to-day work You Will Make an Impact By: Reconciling account balances to supporting workbooks in a timely manner. Preparing bi-weekly payroll and partnering with Human Resources to ensure successful submission to Paycom. Preparing, importing and posting journal entries into Netsuite. Preparing monthly financial statements for clinic director review. Developing and documenting policies, procedures, and best practices. Preparing monthly sales tax reports. Assisting with preparing information requested by outside accounting firms. Reviewing general ledger activity for accuracy and completeness. Acting as a point of contact for designated locations. You Have: A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Three to five years’ experience in accounting helpful.
