Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify past-due balances.

Issue routine collection notices and follow up with customers on outstanding invoices, documenting contacts and promised payment dates.

Compile data for monthly project profitability reports and prepare draft schedules for Senior Accountant review.

Assist with account analysis, including pulling support, tying amounts to the general ledger, and noting variances.

Prepare routine bank and account reconciliation support and clear straightforward reconciling items.

Maintain, organize, and update financial records and workpaper files.

Build and update Excel workbooks using formulas, lookups, and pivot tables to summarize billing, collections, and project results.

Use data and established procedures to complete assigned work, recognize issues, and inform the Senior Accountant of items that need correction.
