Key Responsibilities

Cost Accounting & Inventory Management: Track and optimize production costs, oversee inventory valuation, manage scrap metrics, and analyze operational variances at the manufacturing plant.

Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing: Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring precise general ledger reconciliations under GAAP.

Financial Analysis & Operational Forecasting: Partner directly with plant leadership to analyze site performance, build robust budgets, and develop accurate financial forecasts.

Compliance & Audit Readiness: Maintain financial integrity by ensuring strict adherence to corporate financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing, plant, or industrial setting.

Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
