Responsibilities but not limited to

  • Reporting
  • Support preparing financial statements.
  • AR/AP reporting to Manager weekly.

Closing

  • Prepare monthly transactions with exceptions to report to Specialist and

Manager.

  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly transaction closings with checklists.
  • Record daily transactions for expenses.
  • Record charges and refunds.

Treasury Assistant, Banking & Taxes

  • Check & ACH Positive Pay system management.
  • Daily bank reconciliations.
  • Help prepare cash flow report.
  • Handle deposits.
  • Handle cash on hand and credit card payments.
  • Record all payments in B1 and support bank reconciliations.
  • Handle import documents (L/C, D/P).
  • Assist with sales & use tax filing and payments.
  • Prepare and generate tax reports from B1 and discuss with Accounting I to

identify errors.

Account Payable / Account Receivable

  • Ensure all accounts receivable open statements are sent to customers.
  • Review discrepancies with customer collections.
  • Prepare a weekly payment schedule and issue payments with checks.
  • Assist with monthly accounts payable journal entries and balance sheet

reconciliation.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (Accounting preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred.
