Beyond our commitment to fostering financial wellness for all we serve, we recognize our role in positively impacting the economic health, social well-being, and quality of life where our member-owners live and work. To this end, our 600+ team members volunteer 24,000+ hours of their time to local nonprofit organizations, community fundraisers, company-sponsored events, and financial literacy efforts each year. One word defines our culture best: Meraki. We operate with heart, soul, love, and creativity, always leaving something of ourselves in our work. Here, everybody counts, everybody cares, everybody delivers, every day. For this reason, we are able to consistently “find a way” for our members, communities, and each other.
