Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Finance
Hybrid (2 days/week in office) - Dallas–Fort Worth, TX metro area or Tacoma, WA
- We have an opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales Finance
- team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance. This role is focused on
- rebuilding global reporting and data foundations while supporting planning,
- forecasting and revenue insights. You will partner closely with Finance, Sales,
- Revenue Operations, Renewals, IT and consulting partners to design practical
- solutions for complex reporting needs. The team is in a fast-moving rebuild
- phase, so this role is best suited for someone who can move quickly through
- ambiguity, roll up their sleeves and build—not just operate—processes. This is a
- top-line focused role. You will work with bookings, annual recurring revenue
- (ARR), renewals, install base, forecasts, actuals, variance analysis and related
- performance measures. The role supports global stakeholders across time zones
- and may expand into broader FP&A over time.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Own and improve global bookings, renewals, install-base and top-line
performance reporting, including bookings, ARR, ACV/TCV, attach rates,
actuals, forecasts and variance analysis
- Partner with Sales Finance, Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Renewals, IT
and consulting teams to rebuild reporting and data foundations
- Design and implement practical solutions for complex reporting issues by
connecting quote-line, renewal and customer-level data into useful business
views
- Translate business requirements into data definitions, reporting logic and
scalable processes using Salesforce, Databricks and related tools
- Develop and deliver recurring reports, dashboards and executive-ready
insights for global stakeholders across time zones
- Support long-range planning and future expansion into broader FP&A using
historical trends, pipeline data and business drivers
- Communicate technical findings clearly, build stakeholder alignment and
recommend actions in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Use generative AI tools to pressure-test assumptions, document and rethink
processes, accelerate analysis and identify more efficient ways to work,
applying sound judgment and human review
- Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 6-11 years of experience in finance, FP&A, Sales Finance or business
analytics in a technology or SaaS environment
- Experience with software bookings and recurring revenue concepts, including
ARR, ACV/TCV, actuals, forecasts, variance analysis and performance drivers
- Hands-on Salesforce experience is required, along with strong Excel and
reporting skills
- Strong preference for Databricks experience; Tableau, SQL or comparable
BI/data-platform experience is highly valuable
- Experience building or rebuilding reporting processes, data models or
dashboards in an ambiguous, changing environment
- Ability to design solutions, connect data across reporting levels and improve
processes rather than simply follow an established SOP
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to
explain technical data clearly to business leaders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders across
time zones
- Curiosity and practical fluency with generative AI, including a willingness
to work in an AI-first environment while protecting confidential data and
applying human judgment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field

- Own recurring global bookings, renewals, install-base and top-line reporting
with accurate definitions and clear outputs
- Produce forecasts, actuals, variance analysis and KPI insights, explaining
the business drivers
- Partner with IT and consulting teams to improve dashboards, data sources and
scalable reporting processes
- Use AI tools to pressure-test processes and accelerate analysis while
applying human review and sound data judgment
- One Year:
- Be a trusted global partner to Sales Finance, Finance, Sales, Revenue
Operations, Renewals and IT
- Help resolve complex data issues and scale reliable reporting across global
teams
- Contribute to long-range planning and broader FP&A priorities using bookings
and recurring-revenue insights
- Identify new KPIs and design process improvements that make reporting more
efficient and actionable
