About the Role

  • This is a support role at the center of a global finance organization, working
  • across treasury, tax, and corporate accounting to prepare the schedules,
  • analysis, and documentation that our Chief Accounting Officer, business unit
  • CFOs, site controllers, tax advisors, and auditors rely on. You will not own
  • these functions — process ownership sits with corporate finance leadership — but
  • you will make those processes run: pulling data, building schedules, reconciling
  • balances, and getting answers back accurately and on time. You will also
  • independently own a defined set of recurring tasks end-to-end.
  • The work is varied and the stakeholders are many. If you are organized,
  • responsive, and enjoy being the person everyone can count on, you will build an
  • unusually broad foundation across treasury, tax, and accounting in this role.

What You'll Support

  • Treasury
  • Compile inputs for the global cash forecast and assist with entity-level

liquidity and funding analysis

  • Support our intercompany cash pooling program, including funding schedules,

interest calculations, and settlements

  • Assist with intercompany loan administration, including accrual schedules,

repayment tracking, and documentation

  • Prepare schedules for covenant calculations, lender reporting, and

debt/interest activity

  • Assist with global insurance program administration, including gathering

data, completing applications, and obtaining COI’s

  • Gather documentation for bank accounts

Tax & Compliance

  • Prepare cost pool schedules and documentation for transfer pricing and

intercompany management charges

  • Prepare supporting schedules for the income tax provision with external tax

advisors

  • Track the global statutory filing calendar and follow up with providers and

site finance teams

  • Assist with indirect tax (VAT/GST/sales & use) filings, registrations, and

recovery documentation

  • Maintain withholding tax and W-8/W-9 documentation files for cross-border

payments

  • Support maintenance of the legal entity register and corporate records

Accounting

  • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for cash, debt, interest,

intercompany, and foreign currency accounts

  • Reconcile intercompany balances across entity pairs, research discrepancies,

and follow up with site and business unit teams

  • Prepare variance and flux analysis on month-end results, with written

commentary for corporate and business unit review

  • Assist with preparation of the consolidated statement of cash flows and

foreign currency remeasurement

  • Pull support and respond to external audit requests across cash, debt, tax,

and intercompany testing

  • Contribute to process documentation and improvement across the close

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience
  • Solid working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
  • Excellent organization and follow-through on your own commitments
  • A service mindset: you treat internal requests as real deadlines and flag

slippage proactively

  • Comfort being pulled in several directions at once, across time zones and

stakeholders

  • Clear written communication — your work stands on its own without explanation

Nice to Have

  • Big 4 or large regional public accounting background
  • Treasury experience or CTP is a plus
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience
  • Private equity portfolio company experience
  • Exposure to multi-currency or multi-entity environments
  • Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (OneStream or comparable)
  • Experience with expense management platforms (Ramp, Concur, or comparable)
  • Treasury workstation or bank portal experience
