Technical Business Analyst

• We are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team, with a
• focus on driving technical clarity, process improvement, and collaboration
• within the Producer domain. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong
• technical aptitude with excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to
• challenge the status quo.

Callibrity Technical Business Analyst

• Work directly with key stakeholders at our clients to accomplish shared goals
• Communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing

• Act as a technical business analyst, not focused on front-end systems but

with a deep understanding of data and backend technical processes.

• Perform hands-on data analysis, including querying and interpreting complex

data using SQL.

• Understand and document data flows, and business rules at the data level.
• Utilize tools such as Postman to explore and run API payloads.
• Support QA by analyzing and comparing payloads (payload diffing) and ensuring

requirements are testable.

• Step into a pseudo-Product Owner role when needed, advocating for business

priorities and clarifying requirements.

• Foster and support a collaborative culture, bringing energy, accountability,

and innovation to the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong command of SQL and experience working directly with data systems and

flows.

• Familiarity with tools such as Postman for API interaction.
• Proven experience in documenting business rules at a granular level.
• Demonstrated ability to support QA teams through requirement validation and

data verification.

• Assertive and proactive communicator — not afraid to challenge norms and

propose improvements.

• Experience collaborating with developers, QA, and external vendors.
• Ability to quickly understand domain complexity and align efforts to broader

business and technical goals.
