Role SummaryDuties & Responsibilities

Refine capabilities, features, stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation details established during Discovery activities.

Collaborate with UX/UI Design teams to incorporate visual design, workflow, and interaction updates into delivery backlog items.

Collaborate with Angular Engineering, Java Engineering, Data Engineering, and Architecture teams to clarify requirements and implementation expectations.

Maintain backlog quality, consistency, traceability, and delivery readiness throughout the program lifecycle.

Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, daily standups, and related Agile ceremonies.

Support story estimation, delivery planning, dependency tracking, and sprint execution activities.

Work with delivery teams to resolve requirement ambiguities, documentation gaps, and acceptance criteria questions.

Update and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, workflow definitions, and implementation details as delivery progresses.

Track delivery progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and escalation items across workstreams.

Coordinate demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, feedback sessions, and backlog refinement activities.

Ensure implementation activities remain aligned to approved specifications, Hero Journeys, business objectives, and modernization priorities.

Support SIT, UAT, testing, defect triage, remediation tracking, and production readiness activities.

Maintain traceability between capabilities, epics, features, stories, specifications, defects, and testing outcomes.

Identify scope impacts, dependency risks, workflow changes, and delivery constraints requiring stakeholder visibility.

Prepare delivery metrics, sprint reporting, progress reporting, and supporting project tracking information.

Promote effective communication and collaboration across distributed delivery teams.

Experience

  • 10+ years Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery experience.
  • Experience managing Agile delivery backlogs and sprint execution activities.

Experience refining stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery artifacts created during Discovery.

Experience working with architects, designers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders

Performs leadership activities within the project and beyond.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86129 - $127189

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
