The Opportunity

Versant is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team supporting Fandango and its portfolio of businesses. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will play a critical part in financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision support across domestic and international operations.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position based in Orlando, FL with an expectation of working from the office a minimum of three days per week.

What You'll Do

Support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and cash management across domestic and international business operations.

Develop, refine, and monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs), delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that influence strategic decision-making.

Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into business performance and growth opportunities.

Partner with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to support annual operating plans, long-range strategic planning, and financial goal setting.

Prepare executive- and leadership-level presentations, analyses, and reporting materials that clearly communicate financial performance and business trends.

Evaluate strategic initiatives and partnership opportunities through financial analysis and scenario modeling.

Maintain and optimize financial planning systems, databases, and reporting structures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Build strong cross-functional relationships across finance, operations, and business leadership teams to support organizational priorities.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, consulting, corporate development, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience developing financial models, analyzing business performance, and preparing executive-level reporting and presentations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SAP, or similar financial planning and reporting systems.

Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders to drive financial and operational outcomes.

Experience supporting media, digital, technology, entertainment, or consumer-facing businesses.
