The Lending Operations Business Analyst will partner with the Lending Product Manager to enhance lending platforms, streamline operations, and execute the product roadmap. Collaborate with business lines to gather requirements, solve complex system challenges, and support platform improvements. Conduct testing to validate system changes and ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who continuously develops technical expertise, exercises sound judgment, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Please note this position is hybrid on site in Palo Alto, CA*
Who YOU are
- One to three years of industry experience and or combination of education and experience.
- Possess an understanding of current legal and regulatory issues: Reg Z, TRID, HMDA, Reg B.
- Willing to Learn and cross-train departmental duties of the credit union. Possess versatility and flexibility to successfully serve as a backup to other positions.
- Knowledge in configuration Industry Lending platforms and familiarity with SQL and general understanding of relational database design.
- Ability to read and to interpret lending data.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
What YOU’LL do
- Supports lending operations with issues and system enhancements.
- Configures platforms and maintains current knowledge of systems capabilities and emerging features.
- Testing and maintaining lending platforms.
- Produce ad hoc lending reports and end of month reports.
- Conduct Portfolio risk analysis.
- Produce and maintain Lending Systems departmental procedures.
