GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Reporting to the Executive Director, Administration, the WTI Business Analyst is primarily responsible for procurement fee reporting, co-op/pricebook analytics, and related business reporting support. This role serves as a liaison between Business Operations, Procurement, Finance, Administration, and Reporting/Analytics to complete fee-based reporting for

  • GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Reporting to the Executive Director, Administration,
  • the WTI Business Analyst is primarily responsible for procurement fee reporting,
  • co-op/pricebook analytics, and related business reporting support. This role
  • serves as a liaison between Business Operations, Procurement, Finance,
  • Administration, and Reporting/Analytics to complete fee-based reporting for
  • cooperatives, GPOs, and other procurement contracts; maintain and distribute
  • co-op guidance information; support pricebook date tracking and communication;
  • and perform pricing audits to help ensure material pricing aligns with book
  • price and approved material lists. This position also supports additional
  • reporting, analysis, and process improvement responsibilities as business needs
  • require.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a liaison between multiple business units (Administration,
  • Procurement, Finance & IT/Reporting/Analytics: Will run required reporting
  • for processing fee payments on required cadence (monthly, quarterly etc.)
  • Will run quality control on reporting to ensure projects are being captured

as required for accurate fee reporting.

  • Will complete required reporting to deliver to customers, including

multiple online portals for document submission.

  • Will work with A/P to complete check requests for timely payment of fees to

the required entities.

  • Analyst will work closely with Procurement Team on changes to fee reporting
  • requirements, and implementation of new requirements when new contracts are
  • awarded.
  • Create new report variants to support new contracts, as well as updating
  • existing reports to reflect additional services, fee percentage adjustments,
  • and other changes.
  • Analyst will work with Administration to answer questions on project

variances, timing of fee payments, and other questions.

  • Maintain and update price book reference materials, including effective date

tracking tools and pricing cheat sheets utilized by the Administration team.

  • Perform audits of material pricing, price book data, and material lists to
  • ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established pricing
  • standards.
  • Participate in Business Process Management group efforts to collect and
  • analyze metrics and continually improve processes owned by the group as
  • required.
  • Participate in root cause analysis in order to recommend enhancements or

other appropriate actions to improve productivity for the business units.

  • May act as a project manager on some projects tied to reporting upgrades and

required process changes.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university

EXPERIENCE

  • Four to seven years related experience and/or training
  • Must have advanced Excel skills, good understanding of SAP and reporting

capabilities

  • Must have a high level of Salesforce knowledge, experience in report and

dashboard creation with a combination of strategic analysis
