About the Role
Sphinx is seeking a Business Analyst – Skill Level 2 to support our clients Human Development mission. This position focuses on the administration and management of certification testing programs, ensuring testing is conducted consistently, securely, and in accordance with applicable laws and accreditation standards.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and administer certification testing in approved, proctored environments using standardized procedures.
- Ensure testing activities comply with applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
- Develop, document, and maintain processes and procedures for certification testing.
- Manage certification tests, tools, protocols, and related administrative requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. An associate's degree plus three years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma plus five years of relevant experience, may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
- 12+ months of demonstrated experience working with applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and ADA requirements related to testing or certification environments.
