Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional liaison between IT and business users, supporting
financial, distribution, and manufacturing systems across the organization.
- Lead system design, development, enhancements, implementations, and ongoing
support for assigned business applications.
- Gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analyses, and develop
solutions that improve business processes and system functionality.
- Participate in and lead project lifecycle activities including business
- cases, project charters, testing, training, implementation, and project
- management.
- Support process improvement initiatives, maintain system documentation, and
ensure data integrity and operational effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial, distribution, and manufacturing processes
within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Experience with project management, systems analysis, data modeling, and
software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the
ability to work independently and collaboratively.
