• We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Hopkins, MN. This
• highly collaborative role supports our retail CPG business through financial
• planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate
• is a strategic finance partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment,
• navigates ambiguity with confidence, and provides actionable insights that drive
• business performance and decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for

the retail CPG business.

• Analyze financial and operational performance, including profitability,

expenses, costs, and key business drivers.

• Support timely budget, forecast, and monthly reporting processes.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive business planning, decision-making, and

performance improvements.

• Develop financial models and perform ROI, pricing, costing, capital

investment, and risk-benefit analyses.

• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage monthly allocations across business units.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects.

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA

preferred.

• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in retail CPG.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with

SAP, SQL, BEx, or similar reporting tools.

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and project management

skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity

to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Self-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional

environment.

What We Offer

• The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually with
• eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational
• performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the
• hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work
• experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the
• successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
