Job Description

Performs complex business process and systems analysis to support operational effectiveness, process improvement, and system optimization. Serves as a subject matter expert within assigned areas, providing analytical support, requirements documentation, testing, training, and implementation assistance. Works independently to resolve complex issues, recommend solutions, and support cross-functional initiatives that improve business performance and customer service.

Essential Functions

Improves the operating environment by recommending process and system enhancements. Identifies potential projects for consideration.

Analyzes business processes, systems, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities. Documents requirements, evaluates alternatives, and recommends practical solutions that support departmental and divisional objectives.

Builds effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers to facilitate process improvements and support business objectives.

Participates as a key contributor on complex cross-functional initiatives, coordinating activities among stakeholders to support successful implementation of approved business and system improvements. Evaluates results and recommends adjustments based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Documents software errors, bugs, enhancements, and report requests.

Serves as a subject matter resource for assigned systems and processes, providing technical guidance, training, and support to users and business partners.

Updates procedures and training materials for process and system changes. Coordinates and conducts training.

Performs duties of backup system administrator for operations systems, including assisting users with system problems.

Performs various system control functions, including preparing and running reports.

Shares expertise and best practices with peers and less-experienced analysts and may provide informal coaching on processes, tools, and analytical techniques.

Bachelor's Degree required

5 years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services industry required

The base pay range for this role is between $100,000 - $123,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance. The listed salary, other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. This job will be posted for a minimum of five (5) business days or until the position is filled.
