General Purpose of Job
The Regional Community Connect Financial Business Analysts are responsible for monitoring the overall revenue cycle performance of Community Connect sites. Responsible for attending Epic training for the role, being engaged during revenue cycle implementation for new sites, partnering with leadership during the post live stabilization period, running and monitoring monthly financial performance reports, and meeting with all live sites to review revenue cycle metrics and align on top focus areas.
Essential Duties
This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Team members may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders including executive, clinical, and technical leadership
Conduct regular touchpoints via on-site visits (1–2x per year) and recurring video or phone meetings (monthly or bi-weekly based on client maturity).
Respond to client inquiries and concerns; maintain a proactive communication cadence.
Learn and understand each client organization's strengths, challenges, financial drivers, and strategic priorities
Monitor and manage client service requests to ensure quality standards and service level agreement (SLA) commitments are met
Serve as an escalation point for client issues, triaging problems and liaising with internal teams to drive timely resolution
- Participate in defining project scope, timelines, and statements of work
- Coordinate client requests and project activities
- Assist with financing, contracting, billing and invoicing activities
Promote training opportunities and program participation
Collaborate with business development, informatics, revenue cycle and project management teams
Job Requirements
General Requirements • Epic certifications are strongly preferred
Work Experience • 1 years of experience in customer success, account management, IT service management, revenue cycle experience, or healthcare IT.
Education • High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in health IT. • Or Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field with 3+ years of experience in health IT. • Or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 1 year of experience in health IT.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills • Proficiency in Epic EHR software, Microsoft Office Suite, Dragon and Dax deployments • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • ServiceNow and Salesforce familiarity preferred.
