What You’ll Do

The Business Analyst supports enterprise transformation initiatives by managing requirements traceability, ensuring alignment between business needs and enterprise architecture, and supporting AI governance requirements throughout program execution.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to

Maintain requirements management and traceability frameworks.

Ensure customer requirements align with enterprise architecture and operational constraints.

  • Map AI/ML and agentic system requirements to architecture decisions.
  • Track AI governance, ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance requirements.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and business process analysis.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics supporting requirements management.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and governance activities.

What You’ll Need

Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, Master preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience.
  • Experience with requirements management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required Top Secret government security clearance.

Set Yourself Apart With

  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent preferred.
  • ITIL Foundations preferred.
  • Experience supporting federal government programs.
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles.
  • Knowledge of DoD architecture and systems engineering practices.

Salary Range: $110k - $138k

The pay range provided is a good-faith estimate and represents the range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Individual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
