About the role
We're looking for a data analyst to join our analytics team and turn operational data into decisions that business partners can act on. You'll build and maintain reporting, run analyses that answer real questions, and work directly with stakeholders across the company.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for business stakeholders
- Write and optimize SQL against a cloud data warehouse
- Partner with teams across the business to define metrics and reporting standards
- Design and analyze experiments to evaluate product and pricing changes
- Automate manual reporting processes
- Document data models, metric definitions, and ownership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in an analytics role
Strong SQL
Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI
Working knowledge of Python or R
- Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Preferred
- Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework
- Experience designing A/B tests
