Job Title: Senior Data Analyst Location: Cherry Point, North Carolina Rivet Operations Company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to provide analytics, data management, visualization, reporting, quality assurance, and analytical leadership to Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina. This role turns large, complex aviation logistics and maintenance datasets into actionable insight that drives decision-making and improves aircraft readiness. The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for providing guidance on project objectives through analytical insights and communicating the findings to external stakeholders. Additionally, this position advises on progress, risks, and outcomes applicable to the current battle space. This role establishes and maintains data collection and storage systems and ensures accurate, efficient, and secure data management practices. Key Responsibilities• Create visualizations to communicate project progress, findings, risk, and outcomes • Identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies in data, applying strong pattern and anomaly-detection skills.• Use statistical software packages and analytical tools to conduct data analysis and generate insights.• Compile and present complex information to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding.• Establish and maintain data collection and storage systems, programs, and procedures to support analytic systems.• Build and optimize queries, scripts, and automated workflows to streamline recurring reporting and analysis.• Ensure data handling, storage, and reporting comply with applicable security, privacy, and governance requirements.• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Qualifications• U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain a Secret security clearance.• Experience to meet one of these qualifications is desired: • A minimum of 10 years’ general experience with an associate’s degree. • A minimum of 8 years’ general experience with a bachelor’s degree. • A minimum of 6 years’ general experience with a master’s degree.In lieu of a degree, candidates may qualify with an additional number of years of relevant experience. • Substantial, demonstrated experience performing the analytics, data management, visualization, reporting, and secure data-handling duties described in the key responsibilities.• Strong pattern and anomaly-detection skills, with proficiency in statistical software packages and analytical tools.• Demonstrated experience in briefing large audiences on technical subjects.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
