  • Assist with budgeting, capital planning, procurement coordination, vendor administration, contract documentation, invoices, purchase orders, and related administrative activities.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the Office of the CIO and executive leadership, business departments, Technology teams, and external partners.
  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing incoming requests and communications, independently resolving matters when appropriate and escalating issues requiring the CIO’s attention.

  • Coordinate executive and Technology leadership travel, conferences, events, training sessions, and off-site meetings.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with applicable company policies and retention requirements.
  • Support administration and coordination of Technology policies, organizational documentation, leadership communications, distribution lists, and department information.
  • Facilitate onboarding and administrative coordination for Technology leadership team members.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of executive and Technology administrative processes.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the CIO.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
