Are you an experienced administrative professional ready to take the next step in your career? TBHC Delivers is looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Leadership Team while serving as a key resource for our Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation in administrative support and is ready to broaden their responsibilities, work more closely with senior leaders, and increase their impact across the business.
In this role, you will help leaders and teams stay organized, prepared, and focused on their highest-value work. You will coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, communications, and administrative processes while gaining exposure to leadership priorities and business operations.
What You’ll Do
Support the Leadership Team
Manage Leadership Team calendars by organizing and prioritizing meeting requests and competing demands.
Coordinate travel arrangements for regular meetings, district visits, off-site meetings, conferences, and other company events.
Plan and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including scheduling, meeting materials, setup, and catering.
- Help coordinate the annual company calendar of key meetings and events.
- Process expense reimbursements and invoices accurately and promptly.
Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, customers, consultants, vendors, and other business partners.
Support the CEO with customer card mailings by preparing recipient lists and mailing completed cards.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate Sales Activities
Send calendar invitations, create agendas, compile presentations for sales meetings including DM and TC Conferences, DM conference calls, and quarterly business reviews.
- Support weekly Sales meetings by entering scorecard metrics and documenting meeting notes.
- Coordinate customer meetings, including scheduling, travel, meeting setup, and catering.
- Create and distribute the Trusted Advisor communication to team members.
Coordinate HBP marketing materials, point-of-purchase materials, and limited-time-offer orders for field teams.
Help facilitate effective communication between field teams and the Support Center regarding sales processes, reporting needs, payroll processes, and administrative follow-up.
Maintain Business Resources and Systems
- Keep Sales support documents, forms, and resources organized and current in SharePoint.
- Manage equipment pricing updates in Salesforce and communicate updates to field teams.
- Serve as the first point of support for routine Salesforce and CRM questions.
Assist with basic user support, including new-user setup, offboarding activities, and password resets.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
Complete administrative projects and provide additional support to Sales Leadership as business needs evolve.

- What does the role require?
Three or more years of experience providing administrative support to leaders, managers, departments, or cross-functional teams.
Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, communications, presentations, or business activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Experience supporting Sales, Operations, or a field-based organization is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or SharePoint is helpful.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, organizational leadership, or a related field is preferred.
