Responsibilities

  • Answers and directs incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintains confidential and organized filing systems.
  • Manages multiple projects and follows through on issues promptly.
  • Prepares and distributes reports within established timelines.
  • Interacts professionally with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Records and distributes meeting minutes and related information timely.
  • Responds to questions and requests using sound judgment and policy knowledge.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for executive management as needed.
  • Manages executive calendars and schedules complex meetings.

High school diploma or equivalent

  • 8 years of experience in an increasingly responsible administrative support role
  • 5+ years experience with support at the executive level

Demonstrates proficiency in core MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings

  • Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management
