  • is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level
  • administrative, operational, and project support to members of our Executive
  • Leadership Team. This trusted role manages complex priorities, anticipates
  • executive needs, protects highly confidential information, and helps drive
  • organizational effectiveness through exceptional professionalism, sound
  • judgment, and continuous improvement.
  • This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage complex and frequently changing executive calendars, proactively
  • resolve conflicts, prioritize commitments, and protect time for the
  • highest-value business needs.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, reports, correspondence,
  • and other executive-level communications with accuracy, discretion, and
  • consistent professional quality.
  • Coordinate executive and board meetings, manage materials in Diligent,

document action items, and track follow-up.

  • Serve as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders, exercising
  • sound judgment when screening requests, managing information flow, and
  • representing the executives and KENT Worldwide.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, executive initiatives, events, and
  • off-site meetings by establishing plans, tracking milestones, identifying
  • risks, and supporting timely completion.
  • Leverage approved Microsoft 365, collaboration, automation, and AI-enabled
  • tools to streamline routine work, improve information access, and strengthen
  • executive productivity.
  • Evaluate administrative workflows, identify opportunities to reduce manual
  • effort or duplication, and implement secure, practical process improvements,
  • templates, and standards.
  • Maintain highly confidential business, personnel, financial, and strategic
  • information in accordance with company security, privacy, records management,
  • and confidentiality requirements.
  • Anticipate executive and organizational needs, address issues proactively,
  • adapt to changing priorities, and provide polished support in a fast-paced
  • environment.

EDUCATION

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications,
  • management, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of
  • education and directly relevant executive support experience will be
  • considered.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible executive support
  • experience, including direct support of C-suite or senior executives;
  • experience supporting multiple executives is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, executive communications,

meetings, events, and sensitive information.

  • Demonstrated success improving administrative processes and using technology,

automation, or digital tools to increase efficiency and quality.

  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Professional Administrative
  • Certification of Excellence (PACE), Certified Executive Assistant (CEA), or
  • comparable company-approved certification required at hire, or willingness
  • and demonstrated ability to obtain a company-approved certification within 18
  • months of hire.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook,
  • Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive, with the ability to
  • quickly learn new approved technologies.
  • Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, Diligent board-management

software.

  • Ability to use approved AI-enabled and workflow automation tools responsibly
  • to improve productivity while protecting confidential information and
  • following security and privacy requirements.
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, attention to detail, written and
  • verbal communication, and follow-through across multiple executives and
  • competing deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, executive presence, interpersonal
  • judgment, and ability to build trust with senior leaders and internal and
  • external stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving, continuous-improvement mindset, adaptability,

business acumen, and ability to work independently with limited direction.

TRAVEL

  • Approximately 5-10% travel may be required, including visits to KENT
  • Worldwide locations, executive meetings, community events, and other business
  • functions. Some overnight travel may be required.
