- Amazon, you will play a critical role in enabling senior leaders to focus on
- their highest-priority work. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate
- cross-functional projects, and serve as a trusted partner who anticipates needs
- before they arise. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support —
- you will influence how your organization operates, drive process improvements,
- and contribute meaningfully to organizational goals. If you are someone who

Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting for
- senior leaders, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring efficient use of
- time and resources.
- Plan and execute team events and off-site meetings, coordinating logistics,
- managing budgets, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to
- deliver a seamless experience.
- Identify and optimize cross-team processes and procedures, leveraging
- generative artificial intelligence tools where appropriate to increase
- productivity and quality of deliverables.
- Prepare, curate, and contribute content for leadership communications and
- organizational materials in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy
- and appropriate tone.
- Mentor fellow administrative professionals and help define support structures
- for the organization, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team
- culture.
A day in the life
- You will start your morning reviewing your leaders' schedules, adjusting
- priorities as new requests come in and ensuring preparation materials are ready
- for upcoming meetings. Throughout the day, you will partner with stakeholders
- across finance, human resources, and other functions to coordinate projects,
- resolve escalations, and keep information flowing. You might draft a
- communication on behalf of a leader, finalize logistics for an upcoming team
- event, or refine a recurring process to save the organization time.

- The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
- will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
- compensation will be determined based on factors including experience,
- qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits
