Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to a senior Leidos executive. This is a highly visible position requiring exceptional professionalism, discretion, judgment, organization, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will regularly interact with C-Suite executives, senior leaders, employees, customers, and other internal and external stakeholders. A high degree of confidentiality is essential to this role.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior executive, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.
Manage and prioritize the executive’s schedule, using sound judgment and collaboration to ensure appropriate allocation of time and attention.
Coordinate meetings and events involving senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of agendas, materials, and logistics.
Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and independently resolve administrative matters whenever possible.
Exercise discretion and independent judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Serve as a key point of contact for the executive and effectively communicate and coordinate with leaders and administrative professionals across the enterprise.
Manage special projects and complex assignments, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Build strong working relationships across the organization and help facilitate effective communication and coordination.
Occasional travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, with 11+ years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, including experience supporting senior executives. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience supporting executives in a complex, fast-paced organization.
Demonstrated experience successfully collaborating with other executive assistance and colleagues across organizational components to achieve results.
Exceptional professionalism, discretion, judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization, as well as customers and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and independently develop solutions.

Pay Range
Pay Range $69,550.00 - $125,725.00
