The FS HRBP team is hiring a Principal Associate to support key HR priorities for Emerging Talent. This team focuses on the end-to-end talent strategy for early-career professional programs, including undergraduate and graduate hires.

To help us continue unleashing greatness, you will step into a dynamic role where your ideas shape the associate journey. Here is what you will be doing:

• Elevate the Onboarding Experience: Partner with business leaders to design and launch programs that help our newest hires hit the ground running from day one.
• Bring Learning to Life: Create engaging presentations, communications, and training materials and lead sessions with students and grads as well as people leaders.
• Build Career Pathways: Create targeted development programs that grow critical skills, support career progression, and future-proof our teams.
• Champion Early-Career Talent: Lead performance management, promotion cycles, and talent reviews specifically tailored for our analyst and graduate cohorts.
• Program Design and Strategy: Design and execute strategies to address core needs of the Emerging Talent population, including talent development and retention, leadership engagement and development. initiatives s

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of client facing experience OR at least 2 years of consulting experience OR a combination
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification or combination
• 3+ years of client facing experience or 3+ years of consulting experience or a combination

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Plano, TX: $109,900 - $125,400 for Pr. Associate, HR Business Partner

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
