WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION

Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and site leadership to resolve employee needs and support continuous improvement across the facility.

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing timely guidance on HR policies, workplace concerns, employee relations, and day-to-day people needs.

Partner with the Plant Manager to forecast workforce needs, translate staffing plans into clear hiring priorities, and collaborate with the dedicated recruiter to support timely hiring for frontline and site-based positions.

Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding to create a welcoming, organized, and consistent experience for new hires.

Conduct timely, objective, and well-documented workplace investigations, partnering with HR leadership and other appropriate resources when needed.

Coach leaders through performance management, attendance, corrective action, employee concerns, and other workplace matters while reinforcing accountability and consistent practices.

Support employee engagement, retention, training, and culture initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and align with what we value.

Drive post-acquisition HR harmonization by implementing company programs, processes, and practices at the site and supporting leaders and employees through the transition.

YOU HAVE

Minimum HS Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business or related field or equivalent experience is preferred

  • 3+ years previous experience in or with human resources is required
  • Knowledge of pay and employment laws, practices, and legal requirements

High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with people at all levels within the organization and outside the organization

Ability to confidently and constructively challenge partners on business decisions, bringing an objective perspective, data-driven insights, and consideration of both business and people impacts
