- business-focused HR model and are seeking a talented Human Resources Business
- Partner (HRBP) to support leaders and employees throughout our West Region and
- California operations.
- This is an opportunity for an HR professional who wants to move beyond
- transactional HR and become a true business advisor. You'll partner directly
- with regional leadership, influence workforce strategy, help drive
- organizational effectiveness, navigate complex employee relations matters, and
- play a key role in building a high-performing culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across California and the Western
- United States.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent management, succession
- planning, employee engagement, and organizational design.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance
- management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Support and influence business decisions through workforce analytics, HR
- insights, and practical problem-solving.
Lead change management initiatives and support business transformation efforts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong
- focus on California employment practices.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and regional leadership to implement HR
- programs that improve business outcomes and employee experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational
Development, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or Employee Relations experience
- Active U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance required
- Strong knowledge of California employment law and multi-state HR practices
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence leaders at all levels
- Exceptional communication, coaching, consulting, and problem-solving
capabilities
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience supporting engineering, construction, consulting, professional
services, or project-based organizations
- Experience with workforce analytics, compensation, talent management, and
organizational development
- Willingness to travel throughout the West Region as business needs require

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $145,000 annually
- The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $145,000,
- depending on experience, education, certifications, demonstrated competencies,
- geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity considerations.
