Human Resources Generalist

As our Human Resources Generalist, you'll help create meaningful experiences for employees and candidates alike. From welcoming new hires on their first day to representing System Logistics Corporation at large career fairs and community events, you'll serve as a trusted resource, culture champion, and ambassador for our organization. This is not a role for someone who prefers to work behind the scenes. It's a role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day.

What You'll Do

As an HR Generalist, you will

• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR programs, policies, and processes
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities
• Conduct employee check-ins and gather feedback to help improve the overall employee experience
• Assist with employee transitions, including promotions, transfers, and offboarding activities
• Create and maintain employee communications, presentations, guides, and HR resources
• Support performance management, training administration, employee surveys, and reporting activities
• Partner with leaders to strengthen communication, engagement, and retention efforts
• Participate in recruiting activities, including career fairs and talent attraction initiatives
• Help maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Provide support in payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee onboarding, HR administration, compliance, or a related area
• Experience working with HRIS systems and employee records management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
