  • Gather structured feedback from students and educators.
  • Communicate observations and implementation feedback to our product and education teams.
  • Support both in-person and virtual school programming.

Build positive relationships with students, teachers, counselors, and school administrators.

  • Help ensure every school receives a consistent, engaging, and high-quality experience.

  • Are comfortable facilitating a classroom or group of students.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both students and adults.
  • Can build rapport quickly with young people.
  • Are comfortable learning and demonstrating technology.
  • Can explain technology in a simple, approachable way.
  • Are highly organized, dependable, responsive, and detail-oriented.
  • Can observe student behavior and provide thoughtful, actionable feedback.
  • Are comfortable adapting when classroom or school environments change unexpectedly.
  • Enjoy collaborating with teachers, counselors, administrators, and internal teams.
  • Are passionate about expanding access to college and career opportunities.

Experience in teaching, counseling, youth programming, college and career readiness, school implementation, EdTech, instructional technology, student success, or education program management is strongly preferred.
