In a world of noise, we find the signal — the pulse of potential. We weave the strands of talent, vision, and purpose into organizations that endure. Blending intelligence with intuition, we honor the human art of connection at the heart of every great company.

About the Job

We are partnered with a workforce management technology company on the search for a Principal Product Implementation Consultant. This is a hands-on, technical role spanning both pre-sales and post-sales, with broad impact on how customers and partners experience the platform.

The company's technology sits at the center of its customers' workforce operations, and this role is pivotal to how new customers and partners get up and running, and how existing deployments stay healthy once they're live.

This person will be responsible for becoming a deep expert on the platform, leading discovery and configuration for direct customers, enabling partners to configure the platform correctly, and resolving technical issues as they arise in live deployments.

The Mandate

This organization is clear about what it is—and is not—seeking.

They are not looking for a theoretical trainer or someone who only understands the platform at a conceptual level.

They are seeking a builder-operator: a technical consultant who can get hands-on in discovery calls, configure the platform to meet real customer requirements, and troubleshoot issues directly in live, production deployments—for both direct customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapidly become an expert on the company's technology platform
  • Demonstrate the technology platform to customers and partners

Provide product training to customers and partners

For direct customers: lead discovery calls and project meetings, provide advice, and perform configuration of the platform to meet customer requirements

For partners: provide advice on how to configure the platform to meet customer requirements

Assist customers and partners with resolving technical post-sales issues in live customer deployments

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of experience with time tracking, payroll, or workforce management applications
  • 5+ years of experience in a support, implementation, or consulting environment
  • Extremely customer service oriented
  • Willing and able to work independently
  • Intelligent, motivated, and resourceful

Proficient with IT business interaction tools

Knowledge of and experience with Workday, Dayforce, UKG Pro, UKG Ready, isolved, SAP SuccessFactors, or Employment Hero strongly preferred

Experience with iOS configuration and MDMs a plus

  • Knowledge of API technologies (e.g., REST, Web Hooks, XML, JSON) a plus
  • Knowledge of CCPA and privacy law a plus
  • Location & Work Model

Remote (work from home), US-PST

  • Must be based in California, Washington, Oregon, or Nevada
  • Compensation
  • Base salary: $180,000 - $210,000
  • Interested?
  • This search is being conducted with a high degree of discretion.

If this role aligns with your background—or you know a product implementation leader you deeply respect who fits this profile—we welcome a confidential conversation.

Base Compensation Range

$180,000—$210,000 USD
