About Passage Health

Passage Health is a fast-growing Series A startup on a mission to improve the quality and accessibility of autism care through technology. Autism diagnosis rates have surged over the past decade to 1 in 31 children, yet families still face waitlists of up to a year for care as providers—hampered by antiquated technology and manual workflows—struggle to meet surging demand.

We’re building the platform that modernizes how autism care providers work—from clinical documentation to operations to billing—transforming how care is delivered and scaling access across a $460B market.

Over the past year, Passage has grown more than 3x, driven by strong customer demand and expanding partnerships across the autism care ecosystem. As we scale, we’re focused on building durable foundations—the systems, processes, and decision-making needed to support long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is an opportunity to be the founding product and content marketer at a mission-driven, fast growing startup. Reporting to a VP with deep product marketing experience, you’ll partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations across four areas:

Product Marketing

Translate Passage’s positioning into clear, consistent messaging across the customer lifecycle, from initial awareness and evaluation through adoption, renewal, and expansion.

Plan and execute product launches, preparing internal teams with training and messaging and bringing new capabilities to market through coordinated public communications.

Build feedback loops between Product, Sales, and Customer Success so customer needs inform decisions and every team can champion customers at each stage of their journey.

Sales Enablement

Define and refine ideal customer profiles with Sales, and tailor enablement to each prospect’s role, priorities, use case, and buying stage.

Create and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, objection-handling guides, and competitive battlecards; equip sellers to select and customize the right assets for each opportunity.

Partner with Operations to own the tools and workflows that help Sales find, use, and measure enablement resources.

Help create and maintain demo environments and materials as appropriate.

Content and Thought Leadership

Develop, create, and distribute content that consistently expresses Passage’s positioning and messaging across channels.

Own the content calendar and develop thought leadership with company leaders and subject-matter experts, identifying and tracking the core themes that reinforce Passage’s point of view.

Measure content and campaign effectiveness, connecting engagement to qualified pipeline and conversion, and use those insights to improve topics, formats, and distribution.

Customer Adoption and Expansion

Partner with Customer Success to uncover customer stories and measurable impact, and build a repeatable process to validate results, secure customer approval, develop content, and distribute customer proof across the lifecycle.

Create messaging and content that help customers adopt relevant capabilities and understand the value they achieve with Passage.

Work closely with customer success managers to identify signals of customer needs and expansion intent, and support appropriate upsell and expansion conversations.

What Success Looks Like

Shorter sales cycles: Reduce time from qualified opportunity to close through relevant assets, clearer value communication, and stronger objection handling.

Higher annual contract value (ACV): Increase average ACV through stronger sales enablement that helps prospects understand the value of the right solutions for their needs.

More qualified pipeline: Increase sales-accepted opportunities and pipeline value sourced or influenced by content campaigns and thought leadership, with clear attribution.

Stronger cross-functional partnership: Improve internal partner feedback on alignment, launch readiness, and the usefulness of customer feedback shared across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

A more connected team: Contribute to improved employee engagement, morale, and employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), with survey feedback showing stronger understanding of customer impact and connection across departments as Passage scales.

What You’ll Bring

4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.

A track record of crafting positioning and messaging that drives measurable business outcomes.

Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex products feel simple and compelling.

Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product and Sales to plan and execute go-to-market motions.

  • A self-starter mindset comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup.
  • Amazing people skills to develop deep, trusting cross-functional relationships that scale.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decisions and measure impact.

Nice to have (optional)

  • Experience marketing to healthcare, clinical, or provider audiences.
  • Familiarity with vertical SaaS or platforms serving regulated industries.
  • Experience at an early-stage (Seed–Series B) startup.
  • Why Passage Health?

Outsized impact—as an early employee, your work will shape both the company and our users’ experience.

  • Meaningful work using your skills to help children with autism.
  • A fast-paced environment full of substantive challenges.
  • Competitive salary and equity.
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision benefits.
