Partner with Product, Design, and Brand to define and optimize the membership value proposition and develop go-to-market strategies across channels and member segments

Lead cross-functional initiatives through change and growth cycles, aligning teams around clear goals, priorities, and outcomes across product lines and channels

Partner with Legal and Compliance throughout strategy and execution to ensure marketing initiatives and messaging meet applicable regulatory requirements

About You

Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience

You have hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content development, experimentation, and execution, including AI prototyping tools to rapidly develop and test member-facing concepts. You're equally comfortable using these tools yourself and showing others how, while applying sound judgment around accuracy, customer data, brand voice, and where human oversight matters most
