As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own how directors, committee members, and senior leaders discover, review, and act on board and meeting content at Nasdaq. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise software and consumer-grade experience — where usability, preparation support, and decision quality are the measures of success.
You'll thrive here if you're a hands-on builder who can prototype ideas, influence across global teams, and design for high-stakes users who demand simplicity without being trained on it.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Governance Consumer Experience — from dashboards and meeting views to annotations, offline access, and cross-device continuity.
Design preparation and decision-support experiences, including AI-generated briefings, key-issue highlighting, historical context, and searchable board materials.
Define interaction and response flows: voting, consents, surveys, acknowledgements, comments, and action-item tracking.
Build prototypes and client-facing proofs of concept using AI-assisted and low-code tools to validate direction with real users ahead of engineering investment.
Measure success through material engagement rates, preparation time, response and completion rates, adoption, and perceived meeting effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of product management experience with a strong consumer-grade UX sensibility applied in an enterprise setting.
Proven ability to design for infrequent, senior, low-tolerance users — delivering simplicity within complex environments.
Hands-on builder mindset: comfortable prototyping and validating directly using AI-assisted design and low-code tools.
Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and comfort gathering feedback from senior stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience with reading, content consumption, mobile, or collaboration products.
Familiarity with corporate governance, board management, or executive-facing enterprise products.
Rigorous approach to instrumentation, engagement analytics, and evidence-based iteration.
This position is located in Atlanta, Georgia, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
