About the Role

This is a hands-on product role at a Series A cold chain logistics intelligence startup, sitting at the intersection of AI, regulated supply chain, and enterprise SaaS. You will own the roadmap for a logistics orchestration and quality compliance platform used by major pharmaceutical manufacturers and logistics providers, and you will ship agentic AI features that make real, auditable decisions in production.

What You'll Do

Own and drive the roadmap for core platform modules and a growing roster of AI agents, including risk, documentation, and LSP management capabilities.

Define and enforce a clear contract for agentic features: agents surface context and reasoning, execute only delegated actions, and log everything for audit.

Spend meaningful time with customers in pharma logistics, QA, and supply chain operations, converting complex regulated workflows into simple, shippable product.

Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and ML teams to deliver AI features grounded in the platform's data and knowledge layers.

Define concrete success metrics, such as decisions automated, hours returned, and releases accelerated, and hold the product accountable to them.

What We're Looking For

5 or more years of product management or product engineering experience, with at least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.

Hands-on technical background, ideally including React or full-stack development experience.

Working fluency with LLMs, agentic architectures, and retrieval-augmented generation, sufficient to collaborate effectively with ML engineers.

Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and translating customer needs into clear software requirements and measurable outcomes.

Customer-facing discovery experience with pharma logistics, quality, or supply chain operations users is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated products is a plus.

Must have existing authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 USD annually, plus equity. Five weeks PTO and full health benefits are included.
