Translate clinical, business, and technical needs into clear product requirements and informed trade-off decisions

Collaborate with engineering, IT, user experience (UX), clinical, and business teams across the product lifecycle

Drive partnerships with third-party vendors for image analysis, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions, including licensing and business development activities

Cardiovascular and Interventional Solutions (cross-portfolio)

Provide strategic coordination with Digital Product Manager peers in Image Guided Systems and Invasive Cardiology to ensure aligned roadmaps and a coherent product ecosystem, without direct ownership of their product portfolios

Shape and support the shift to recurring revenue, including SaaS enablement, business model evolution (CAPEX to OPEX), and reimbursable or pay-per-use offerings

Required Qualifications

Significant experience in Product Management, Digital Health, Healthcare IT, or medical technology

Demonstrated experience owning software products across their lifecycle, including roadmap ownership and stakeholder management

  • Experience influencing cross-functional, global stakeholders in matrixed organizations
  • Knowledge level comparable to a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong product management fundamentals (vision, roadmaps, requirements, prioritization)
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems, imaging workflows, PACS, or cardiology environments
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or licensing models
  • Understanding of integrations, platforms, and ecosystem-based products
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-influencing skills
