Location/Schedule
This role is based at our Salt Lake City Headquarters and follows a full time in office expectation Monday to Friday.
What You’ll do in this Role
Own the end-to-end digital ordering experience across third-party marketplaces and other digital sales channels, ensuring Maverik's products, pricing, merchandising, brand presence, and customer experience are accurately represented and optimized.
Serve as the primary business owner and relationship manager for third-party digital commerce partners, including platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other ordering or delivery providers.
Manage the performance and economics of digital sales channels by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators and identifying opportunities to improve sales, transactions, conversion, average order value, customer adoption, repeat usage, order accuracy, profitability, commissions, fees, costs, and service levels.
Partner closely with the Customer Fanatics team to ensure the digital ordering experience aligns with Maverik's customer experience strategy and provides a seamless experience across digital platforms and in-store fulfillment.
Work closely with Operations, Commercialization, FEM leadership, and store teams to establish and continuously improve store-level processes supporting digital ordering, including order fulfillment, pickup procedures, store readiness, equipment, signage, customer handoff, and onsite execution and training.
Work directly with key business partners, including Jess and Ryan, to monitor the performance and execution of the digital ordering program, resolve issues, and ensure consistent and effective execution across Maverik locations.
Partner with Technology and other internal stakeholders to ensure digital ordering platforms are properly integrated with Maverik systems, including order transmission, payment processing, reporting, and reconciliation.
Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Scheduling and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity.
You’ll be a great fit for this adventure if you have:
5+ years of experience in product management, digital commerce, eCommerce, third-party marketplaces, digital ordering, retail operations, or a related field.
Experience analyzing business performance, sales, costs, commissions, fees, and other financial metrics to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence without direct authority, manage external business relationships, and translate customer and business needs into actionable strategies.
Bonus points if you also bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Commerce, Retail Management, Technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving external vendors or technology partners preferred.
Experience working with digital platforms, payment processes, system integrations, or technology-enabled customer experiences preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range:$110,000-$120,000/year + DOE and Bonus Opportunities
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
