MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch

(e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).

  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI,

sales finance, and other stakeholders.

  • Experience building dashboards and reporting on organizational metrics.
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical

presentations to executive leadership.

  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 1 year of experience in technical leadership.

  • this role, you will partner closely with Data Science
  • (DS), User Experience Research (UXR), and engineering to develop a roadmap for
  • our next-generation AI transformation metrics and surfaces. You will foster
  • close collaboration with engineering and metrics teams across Google product
  • areas to pioneer, co-develop, and pilot these meaures. You will leverage AI
  • capabilities to rapidly prototype and develop ideas.
  • The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products.
  • We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer
  • platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the
  • essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our
  • users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner directly with internal customers to understand their most critical
  • pain points, ensuring metrics and surfaces meet real needs and drive insights
  • and action.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle from rapid prototyping and technical trade-offs
  • to iterative, monthly launches, accelerating execution across engineering and
  • DS/UXR boundaries.
  • Translate the product goal into highly tactical, near-term milestone plans
  • focused on continuous releases that prioritize speed-to-market and immediate
  • user value.
  • Drive a heavy focus on metric evaluation, including explainability,

inspectability, and understandability.

  • Partner closely with internal teams to expand metric development and adoption

for key measures across Google.
