- department - Data Solutions & Initiatives (DSI). This is an opportunity to lead
- our most executive-visible AI-powered products - including an executive
- reporting workbench used by senior leadership to start their day, and a
- natural-language product that lets leadership query the state of the business
- directly - and take ownership of our broader executive reporting and BI
- portfolio. You'll be building tools that empower Senior Executive stakeholders,
- up to VP and executive level, to make faster, better-informed decisions. In this
- role, you will drive the strategic vision for these products, partnering with
- engineering, data, design, and our AI platform team to deliver insights that
- matter. You'll work directly with executives across the organization, from VP to
- executive level, to define and execute a multi-year product roadmap, with an
- explicit path to taking over full ownership.
DESCRIPTION
- We are looking for a Product Manager who has the right mix of technical,
- communication, and business skills to lead and deliver strategic initiatives in
- a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead
- the development, launch, and evolution of executive reporting and BI products,
- powering strategic decision-making for senior leadership - Serve as the direct,
- primary product point of contact for VP- and executive-level stakeholders,
- translating ambiguous and evolving executive needs into clear product direction
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond,
- including roadmapping, feature definition, and go-live strategy - Champion
- experimentation with AI-driven capabilities, bringing a hands-on builder's
- mindset rather than waiting for proven patterns to emerge elsewhere - Evangelize
- the product vision across the department and cross-functional teams to achieve
- product objectives - Act as a liaison between business and technical teams,
- building long-lasting relationships with both - Collaborate with program
- management to communicate project status, resolve issues, and ensure
- high-quality products are delivered on time - Analyze and research business and
- usage data to propose and design solutions in collaboration with Engineering,
- Data, and Design partners - Work in an agile team with a hands-on approach
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with executive reporting, forecasting, or BI dashboard products
- specifically Proven track record of managing product development lifecycles,
- building complex products with cross-functional partners including engineering,
- design, and business stakeholders 5+ years in a role demanding executive-facing
- judgment and ownership of outcomes - this may include product management,
- strategy/management consulting with real ownership rather than purely advisory
- work, or an early or founding product role at a start Direct, independent
- experience owning an ongoing relationship with a VP or executive-level
- stakeholder, without that relationship being brokered by someone else
- Demonstrated ability to sit with ambiguous, evolving executive requests and
- translate them into clear product requirements and team direction Comfort
- working with complex data and a solid understanding of analytics/BI concepts &
- SQL knowledge or hands-on experience with data analysis/query tools (e.g.,
- Trino, Dremio) Ability to work effectively with engineering teams building
- AI/agent-powered features and data-pipeline-driven reporting — comfortable in
- technical conversations without needing to be the one writing the code Strong
- written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill technical
- and data complexity for senior leadership on short notice Ability to travel
- internationally as needed Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g.,
- Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing) or a quantitative field (e.g.,
- Statistics, Applied Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience applying data analytics in Finance, Sales Operations, or
- Demand Management Direct experience building or shipping AI/LLM-powered product
- features, with a background of working with data science or AI platform teams to
- deliver intelligent features Comfortable prototyping and iterating through
- imperfect early AI behavior Familiarity with BI platforms (Tableau or
- equivalent) Understanding of data products and pipelines, APIs, and system
- integrations Experience operating with high autonomy within a small team, —
- demonstrating willingness to independently write specifications, retrieve data,
- or perform quality assurance when assistance is unavailable Master’s degree in a
- business-related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing) or a
- quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Applied Mathematics) or equivalent
- practical experience
