PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI,

sales finance, and other stakeholders.

  • 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical

presentations to executive leadership.

  • 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical

leadership.

  • Consistent track record of metric driven results delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pioneer an AI-powered planning agent to manage the ingestion of unstructured

team and client artifacts and auto-draft annual plans.

  • Drive pipeline simplification by redesigning the opportunity creation process

and deprecating low-value manual fields.

  • Architect continuous AI hygiene systems that monitor communication signals to

automatically detect stale deals and prompt proactive pipeline updates.

  • Launch agentic forecasting workflows that auto-synthesize pipeline shifts and

market headwinds into executive-ready forecast notes.

  • Lead complex cross-functional change management with Engineering, UX, and
  • executive stakeholders to navigate platform migrations and maintain high
  • platform adoption.
