- We are seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to own the post-purchase
- experience for Alexa for Shopping (formerly Rufus), the conversational shopping
- AI used by hundreds of millions of customers every month. You will set the
- multi-year vision for how agentic AI redefines everything that happens after a
- customer buys: tracking a delivery, getting started with a new product,

- engineering and science teams, as well as the Delivery Experience, Customer
- Service, and Selling Partner organizations whose data and workflows the
- experience depends on, and will drive the cross-organizational decisions to
- define and influence the future of shopping AI.
